Many factors effect upload and download speed, including without limitation, the number of workstations using a single connection and the website/network being communicated with.

* A Static IP address is available for most business accounts for an additional fee. It is the responsibility of the customer's IT department to manage static IP addresses assigned to them. Static IP’s are $10 each.

* Connecting multiple computers will require a switch and/or router which must be purchased separately. Michwave typically doesn't sell these items directly. Most commonly used are wireless 'cable/DSL' routers you find at your local electronics stores.
