Can I get high speed internet from Michwave? <-Click Here

Actual speeds for asymmetrical service are not guaranteed. Typical upload speeds should vary between 512Kbps to 1Mbps. Many factors effect upload and download speed, including without limitation, the number of workstations using a single connection and the website/network being communicated with.

* A Static IP address is available for most business accounts for an additional fee. It is the responsibility of the customer's IT department to manage static IP addresses assigned to them. Static IP’s are $10 each.

* Connecting multiple computers will require a switch and/or router which must be purchased separately. Michwave typically doesn't sell these items directly. Most commonly used are wireless 'cable/DSL' routers you find at your local electronics stores.

* Professional installation includes; mounting a standard antenna system, a single cable run from the outdoor antenna to the indoor computer area, and penetration through a single exterior wall. Alternative wiring solutions are available at an additional charge.

* Michwave can guarantee QoS on a per customer basis. This is commonly configured for Voice Over IP (VOIP). Customers desiring QoS should coordinate with Michwave to ensure proper operation.
